Vintage 1960s/70s Manufrance classic French touring/randonneur steel frame set
Manufrance vintage 1960s/70s French steel frame set.
Made from Durafort steel tubing and the forks are half chrome plated.
Rear dropouts are stamped 'JUY SIMPLEX'.
It takes a French 22.0mm diameter headstem (rather than a standard 22.2mm).
All paintwork & decals are original.

The pedal threads are French 14 x 1.25 and the arms are 170mm.
Early hex nut central chainring bolts - most likely dates from the early 60s.
Chainrings are 40t & 48t - both stamped with the Stronglight oval logos.
Made in France - circa 1960s.

Rare Vintage CARLTON 'Course' flint catchers / tyre savers in New Old Stock condition.
These are designed to remove flints, etc. from the tubular (or clincher tyre) before the second revolution of the wheel which is when flints get embedded into the rubber and then with each further turn of the wheel work their way through until the tube is punctured.
Suitable for racing/road use tyres such as early tubulars/sew ups...

Vintage 1990s Cavallo Marino Italian Columbus Genius steel frame set
Cavallo Marino Columbus Genius frame set in Excellent / used condition.
Made from Columbus Genius Italian steel tubing and the forks and rear stays are chrome plated.
The front and rear dropouts are both stamped 'COLUMBUS' and the frame features internal brake cable routing through the top tube.
It also appears to be fully chrome dipped under the paintwork.
The frame was hand built by ex-pro cyclist Jean-Louis Picca (who was based in Orange in the South of France) - circa early-mid 1990s.
Picca made these top quality frames in small numbers - the name 'Cavallo Marino' is Italian for 'Sea Horse'.

These pedals don't seem to appear in any of the LYOTARD catalogues.
They are of exceptional quality with a 'one piece' solid centre barrel construction and all chrome plated steel.
(The later versions had the less costly three piece barrel design)
The pedal threads are Universal Standard 9/16 x 20F.
